1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the gt9 website and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the gt9 Platform immediately. gt9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. 2. Eligibility and Registration

Use of the gt9 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

gt9 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable period will result in suspension of the account and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree not to disclose your login credentials to any third party and to take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorised access to your account.

gt9 will not be responsible for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised use of your account arising from your own failure to protect your credentials. You must notify gt9 immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

gt9 staff will never ask you for your password. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

gt9 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the cashier section of your account at the time of the transaction.

All funds deposited into your gt9 account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts will be declined and refunded to the originating account. gt9 is not responsible for any transfer fees charged by your payment provider.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. gt9 targets processing of withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours of approval, subject to the completion of any applicable identity verification requirements. Processing times may vary during periods of high demand or during national public holidays in Bangladesh.

gt9 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on any withdrawal request. During any such review, the withdrawal will be placed in a pending state. You will be notified by email if additional documentation is required to complete the verification process.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

From time to time, gt9 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, minimum odds restrictions, and game contribution rates that are published as part of each individual promotion's terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the gt9 Platform are subject to the specific rules governing each sport, event, or casino game type. These rules are published within the relevant section of the Platform. It is your responsibility to read and understand the applicable rules before placing any bet or wager.

gt9 reserves the right to void any bet or wager that has been placed on an event where the result was already known at the time of placement, or where the bet was placed following a material technical error in the published odds or game outcome.

In the event of a technical failure that interrupts an in-progress game or bet, gt9 will endeavour to resolve the situation fairly and in accordance with the applicable game rules. Where resolution is not possible, affected bets or wagers may be voided and stakes returned to the player's account balance.

Live in-play betting markets are offered for selected cricket, football, and other sports events. In-play odds are subject to change in real time. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed in your bet slip, the odds at which the bet was placed are guaranteed regardless of subsequent market movements.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gt9 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any point during the account verification process.
• Attempting to use the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the Platform in a manner that is not available to ordinary users.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or coordinated betting activity intended to manipulate outcomes.

gt9's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gt9 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits gt9's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Privacy and Data Protection
